Eldrysia: Dawn of Eternity gameplay

Overview

Eldrysia: Dawn of Eternity is a sweeping fantasy RPG set across a world of floating islands, ancient ruins, and dragon-haunted skies. It is the kind of game that arrives once in a generation — a title so confident in its vision and so meticulous in its execution that it redefines what the genre can achieve.

Gameplay

Combat is turn-based with real-time positioning elements, creating a system that rewards both tactical planning and quick reflexes. The class system offers extraordinary depth, with 14 base classes and a prestige system that allows for genuinely unique character builds. Exploration is equally rewarding — the world is vast but never feels empty, with secrets tucked into every corner.

Story

The narrative spans approximately 60 hours for the main campaign, with a further 40+ hours of side content. The writing is exceptional throughout, with morally complex characters and a central mystery that unfolds at a perfectly measured pace. The voice acting, performed by a cast that includes several Australian talent, is among the best in the medium.

Pros
  • Breathtaking world design
  • Deep tactical combat
  • Outstanding narrative
  • 100+ hours of content
  • Superb voice acting
Cons
